Health and Weightloss Weeks 5&6

Week 5 This post is a bit longer than the other's due to it being a double week post. I am learning that drinking water is key to weight loss. Sometimes its hard but I have figured out that adding lemon and grapefruit essential oils to mine. Helps add a bit of flavor and helps curb appetite some and cravings for non healthy stuff which is probably because while at my dad's I didn't use any and he had cookies and caramels available to eat which I had some. So my weightloss was non existent and gained about a pound back till I quit indulging in refined sugary foods. Program is perfect and it really does good to stick to it. When you fall off the laid program it will hinder results you are wanting. This however doesn't mean to completely give up and throw in the towel. Health and Weightloss Week 4

 Beginning of the Week It's not been a particularly great week. Weightloss has been slow to the point I have gained a pound back but its my monthly cycle time and I believe it to be water weight. So I looked at NSV non scale victories for me. They were amazing as far as I am concerned which made me happier. I lost another half inch in my chest which I am at 40 now, my hips/waist I lost an inch I am at 46 inches now, and my stomach I lost 1 1/2 inch I am at 42 1/2 inches there now. These made me alot happier because the gaining a pound back was a bit depressing intially. Stress can hinder progress as well with your health and weight loss. My husband keeps joking he will need to buy me a belt soon. Which is not a horrible problem to have. This weekend we left for spring break in florida at my dad's house and this is my week's worth of fuelings ready and organized. Health and Weightloss Week 3

I was awake to early this morning but I weighed myself and I lost 3.3lbs more and I'm over the moon happy about it. I am finding more pants I need to pull up while wearing them as well. I did my measurements My Chest is 40 1/2 inches, my belly is 44 inches which is 2 inches less than last week and I am not sure I am measuring my hips correctly due to not really knowing where they begin or end because of all the excess weight I have accumulated over the last 13 years. Its not a big deal because its a overall victory for me this week with the weightloss and 2 inches off the stomach/belly. This was a new meal we tried Chicken Enchilada Roll ups and riced cauliflower. The cauliflower was bland but not horrible just need to learn to season it for next time. The Chicken was so delicious. Paul and I enjoyed it but our kids were a bit eh. My oldest ate the cauliflower which I was totally proud of. My boys really just didn't eat much at all this night.  Another new one I...
