Weight-loss Journey continued

Its been a longtime since I posted last. I keep on trekking along fighting sugar addiction, fatigue, & low energy. What a battle brain fog is.  Trying new products and seeing it they work in the smallest amount. I'm seeing that endurance and motivation are ๐Ÿ”‘. I look at my children and see that my battle with my health are affecting them. My brain fog memory issues at least the way I complain or not about them do rub off on them.

My mindset affects the trajectory of where my weight heads. I try to remain positive. My self esteem has been affected negatively by remaining so over weight. I'm finding that my lack of thyroid makes my over all health suck a crazy challenge, I have more health issues cropping up because of being on synthetic ๐Ÿ’Š. The hair loss, how easily it tangles, the texture of my hair, and how much quicker it is going gray. I’m back on the hunt for a good quality but affordable ๐Ÿงด & conditioner.

I've been eyeing a product by Goli; they have different kinds of gummies. Today I picked up the Apple cider ones. I am not a fan first off of the flavor which is a-bit bitter and sour. Possibly I could get used to it. I am willing to try and see what happens. First off I noticed that eating one I got a bit of energy which was sustained for a few hours. I'm willing to see what other positive side effects could be achieved. I'm hoping for lowering my blood sugar, see about if weight loss/ maintenance is possible, see if these can help my body restore some of its metabolism, and regrow hair as well as gets some health back in it.

Lastly I'm working to build sustainable healthy habit's: among them being keeping consistency in maintaining and keeping a cleaner house, incorporating healthy meals for all three in my day and snacks, meal planning to keep on a better budget, working on my self-care and self image, and making my health a priority. One way I am achieving this by finding hobbies that bring me joy and trying new things. Second I am developing a relationship with my lord and savior Jesus Christ by more deep and consistent scripture study.

Till next time, stay healthy, some work even it its small baby steps is great progress because you are not staying still or perpetually moving backwards and not comparing myself to others standards or progress.
